Performer Submission Process & Important Dates

JUNE 01

• Performer application will close at 11:59pm CDT.
• All applications and references will be reviewed. Any incomplete applications will be returned to the sender for corrections. Corrections must be made within 24 hours or the application will be discarded.
• After this date, the application will remain open as a waitlist.

JULY 01

• All applicants will receive a reply listing the performers for each show in no particular order.
• Due to time constraints, it is expected that we will not have room to place all applicants. 
• If your name does not appear on the line-up you will be placed on the waitlist. 
• If you are selected, but unable to perform, please let us know immediately so we can notify the next person on the waitlist.
• Show assignment is at organizers discretion. 
• Selected performers will receive an email at the address provided in this form with detailed information regarding stage, call times, venue, etc. You will be asked to complete another form for performance staging details. Song list will be provided in this step of the process. Music selection for all 2025 performers will be "roulette", meaning that you will receive a list of 5-8 song possibilities, and only know the actual selection as you enter the stage.

AUGUST 01

• Performance staging details form is due. If you miss this deadline, you run the risk of losing your spot to someone on the waitlist.

Application Guidelines

1. Applying to perform is not a guarantee that you will be able to do so. We will try very hard to fit everyone in, but we can’t promise everyone will get a spot.
2. All performers must be registered for the full weekend package by the date indicated.
3. Deadlines are firm. A lot of work goes into curating and producing these shows. In order to make sure things run smoothly we need information and completed requirements by the dates specified.
4. If chosen, all performers will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
