How to Submit Your Files

 

Ensure your advertisement looks its best by following these guidelines:

  • File Format: Submit electronic files at 100% actual size with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Preferred file formats include JPG or PDF (high resolution). We also accept PSD, EPS, and AI files if all links, graphics, and fonts are submitted or if the file is flattened.
  • Color Mode: Convert color ads to CMYK mode before submission. Ensure that ads intended for color printing are submitted in color. If you're submitting a grayscale ad, please convert it yourself to ensure it appears as intended.

 

Deadline: Finished artwork is due by September 15th, 2024.
