Tamalyn Dallal with Musicians from the Lammam Ensemble

Taqsims are often sandwiched into a song. How do we respond to taqsims, and how do we dance to it if there is a rhythm and a taqsim at the same time?   Do you respond to both, If so..... how?  If not,  which one gets your focus?

This concept will be explored with and without rhythm using several different instruments.  Suggested movements and combos will be taught to go with the taqsims.
